Encompassing South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, China and Mongolia, this epic and unique adventure will take you through both ancient and modern cities, lush jungles and vast plains.

On our arrival in Seoul we transfer to our hotel for check in before an evening tour of Myeongdong Shopping Street and Street food outlets with a local guide

A chance to explore Seoul further this morning before its time to transfer to the airport for our onward flight to Malaysia.  On arrival in Kuala Lumpur, we transfer to our hotel.

Sightseeing today by public transport heading first outside the city centre to visit the Batu Caves.  Once back in the city we’ll explore the City Centre, Chinatown, the heritage area ending our excursion at KLCC to view the Petronas Twin Towers.

Today we take the morning train to Butterworth and then the ferry to Penang.  Overnight in Penang.

Sightseeing today of George Town, the colourful multicultural capital of the island of Penang, including the heritage walking tour.

Road transport to train station for train to the border.  At Malay/Thai border, connect with overnight train Padang Besar to Bangkok.  2nd Class sleeper which are chairs that convert to beds at night.

Morning transfer from train station to hotel for our early check-in.  Afternoon sightseeing including Prasart Museum.

Sightseeing today at Ayutthaya Historical Park which preserves the stunning ruins of Ayutthaya, the powerful Siamese capital from 1351 to 1767.

Sightseeing today including Wat Arun and Wat Pho with a traditional Thai Massage included at Wat Pho.  Day use of hotel until our transfer to the train station.  A boxed dinner is provided today for the train.

On our arrival we transfer to the hotel for our early check-in.  Afternoon sightseeing includes a city tour taking in Wat Si Saket, Patuxai and That Luang Stupa.

Sightseeing today includes Wat Si Muang, Buddha Park a sculpture park outside the city and COPE Visitor Centre.

After breakfast we transfer to the train station for our journey to Luang Prabang.  On arrival we’ll visit the Bamboo Weaving workshop and Mulberry paper workshop at Nahm Dong Park.

An early start today as we rise for the daily morning alms giving then visit the temporary morning market.  Other sightseeing includes Royal Palace Museum, Mekong River cruise to Pak Ou Caves, Ban Xanghai Village, Wat Sene, Wat Xieng Thong and Wat Prabath for sunset.  There is the opportunity to visit the night market too.

Leaving Laos, we take the train to Kunming by 1st class seat.  On arrival we transfer to the hotel.

Our tour today takes us to Cuihu Park (Green Lake), Yuantong Buddhist Temple and Golden Hall.
The park consists of a group of 4 small sub-lakes linked by bridges built in traditional Chinese architecture.

A highlight today as we visit the Stone Forest.  As a World Heritage Site, Stone Forest has the most unique karst landform in the world. It’s a geographical miracle and a giant precious art gallery of natural stone landscape.

After breakfast, transfer to station for morning train to Chengdu.  On arrival we transfer to our hotel and in the afternoon, we will visit Kuanzhai Xiangzi Alley, a cultural hub on an ancient street, with souvenirs, local folk art & dining specialties.

A highlight today as we visit a Panda Sanctuary.  In the afternoon a visit to Jinli Ancient Street and Wuhou Hengjie Temple.

A morning transfer to the station for our 1st class seat to Xian.  After transferring to our hotel, we will set off to visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Grand Mosque and walk the Muslim Quarter and food street.

A bucket list day today as we visit the Terracotta Warriors, a collection of terracotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of China.  We’ll also visit Shuyuanmen Ancient Cultural Street, a vibrant street dedicated to scholars and artists, offering calligraphy supplies, unique crafts, and local artwork.

A morning train journey from Xian to Beijing.  On arrival we transfer to the hotel before enjoying a walk to Dashilan in the Hutong area.

Another bucket list day today as we set foot on the Great Wall of China at Muytianu.  Mutianyu Great Wall Scenic Area is a well-preserved section of the Great Wall of China, built in 1368.  After this breathtaking day we will continue our sightseeing with a walk to Houhai area to see the local Hutong life with dinner and Beijing Opera Show included.

More wow factors today as we visit the Temple of Heaven, Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square.

Today we farewell China and take the overnight train to Ulaanbaatar for the next leg of our adventure.

On arrival we begin our sightseeing at the Genghis Khan Equestrian Statue Complex.  On our way to our hotel, we will enjoy dinner with a Kazakh family and learn the art of embroidery.

A visit to Chinggis Khaan Museum and Sukhbaatar Square before continuing to Khustai National Park where we will overnight in a traditional ger camp.

Early morning tour of the park to observe the wild horses.  Breakfast before driving to Elsen Tasarkhai sand dunes before a visit to a nomadic family.  Overnight twin share at ger camp.
